The Church of the Nazarene teaches that holiness is at the heart of Christian living. This doctrine includes both personal holiness (a life lived in righteousness, free from sin) and social holiness (a commitment to justice, compassion, and care for others).
The Church of the Nazarene holds to the doctrine of the Trinity, which means that God exists as one in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit. This teaching is central to our understanding of God’s nature and the work of salvation.
The Church of the Nazarene teaches that salvation is available through God’s grace and is received by faith. This principle includes the belief that God’s grace goes before a person’s decision to follow Christ, enabling them to respond to God’s call to salvation.
Read our statement of faith and learn how to be saved through Jesus Christ our Lord!
What to Expect
When you visit Family Worship Center, you can expect a warm and friendly environment where we gather to worship, hear a Bible-based message, and connect with one another. Our services feature contemporary worship, with a mix of songs that lift our hearts to God. The pastor’s messages are focused on applying biblical truth to everyday life. You’ll also find opportunities to join in fellowship, whether through small groups or casual conversations after the service.
