a different spirit from the one you received, or a
different Gospel from the one you accepted, you put
up with it readily enough.”

"The Dangers of Shaving the Gospel"
This week, I want to remind us of the warning in
Galatians 1:6-9. Paul writes about the danger of
turning from the Gospel to a watered-down version.
“Shaving the Gospel” might make it easier to hear or
accept, but it strips away the power of God’s truth.
Let us hold fast to the full Gospel, proclaiming Jesus
Christ in all His truth, and not compromise for
convenience or comfort. The world needs the real
Gospel–unshaved, unaltered, life-changing.
